Our fig trees of about twenty varieties produce figs from July until the end of September. Contact us to check their availability.
From July 5 to October 8, we have fresh fig punnets available at the farm shop. However, we advise you to contact us to ensure their availability. It is also possible to reserve your punnets of figs via our online store before heading to the valley. On a regular basis during the production season, we post quantities online for reservation. You pay for your order online and pick it up directly at La Vallée du Moulin during shop opening hours or by appointment at other times. You can of course add other products from the webshop to your order. Watch our newsletter and our social networks to be notified of the quantities available!
Our fig trees are grown in containers in our automated greenhouses under organic management. We therefore do not use any chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We perform biological control by introducing predatory insects to control pests. We are committed to providing you with healthy and tasty fruits!
We are not selling fig seedlings at this time, but this is a project we plan to implement in the near future.
Our bees forage for a multitude of wildflowers in our valley, including the flowers of our orchard fruit trees. The finesse of its flavor is determined according to the season, which makes it a surprise every time. Our honey is cold extracted and we take care to control its temperature throughout the process to preserve its aromas and benefits.
Our fresh figs, maple syrup and raspberries are certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
At the moment, we do not offer other formats for our products than those available on the online store.

Delivery of online orders
Yes. The pick-up of orders at the Vallée du Moulin takes place from Wednesday to Saturday between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Other time slots are available by appointment. To do this, contact us at 819-826-1369 or by email at info@lavalleedumoulin.com after placing your order to agree on the desired pick-up time.
Delivery costs are $15.00 for Quebec and free with any purchase of $100 or more. We deliver only in Quebec. La Vallée du Moulin reserves the right to cancel an order and reimburse the customer.
We process online orders as quickly as possible, 2 to 4 business days. The delivery time may however be longer for remote regions of Quebec.
Once your order is confirmed, you can no longer modify it. Please verify the accuracy of your order before submitting it. No exchange or refund will be made, unless you notice a breakage upon receipt of your merchandise. If so, we invite you to contact us directly.
If you notice the breakage of a product upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately. Upon presentation of a photo, we will be happy to replace the defective item. No refunds will be made.
We do not make any returns or refunds in connection with errors made by the customer at the time of the order. Since our greenhouses are heated with forest biomass, we use the electricity produced in the valley to power the climate control system of the greenhouses and for artificial lighting at the beginning and end of the season.
