La Vallée du Moulin is an exceptional place in terms of fauna and flora diversity. Comprising a section of the Salmon River and home to a great array of animal and plant species, it is essential for us to preserve this treasure that is the environment.

In order to protect biodiversity, we are inspired by the concepts of permaculture to develop our projects and create places that reproduce the functioning of nature with the utmost respect.

By combining ecology, ethics, organic farming, and traditional know-how, we take a step closer each day towards autonomy, respect for the land and people, and thus we create abundance that we are proud to redistribute.
